Wrong or damaged product

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible on the telephone number 051 356 685 and 041 334 126 or write to us at info@ipdfashionstore.com. We will, of course, exchange the product for you free of charge.

Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days

If the product does not suit you or you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt together with the completed RETURN FORM to our address.

The product must be returned to the address from which you received it - this is stated on the invoice you received with the product.

Conditions for returning the product within 14 days:

  • You can return the product within 14 days from receipt.

  • The product must be unharmed, unworn, unused, in original packaging.

  • The product it must not be washed or cleaned.

  • We do not accept ransom packages.

  • Refund will be implemented as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of your notice of withdrawal from the contract.

 

If the buyer receives the product and decides to return it within 14 days (withdrawal from the distance contract), he has the right to the following:

  • Product refund ✔️

  • Refund of shipping cost (if paid) ✔️
    → the refund is made in the amount cheapest delivery options offered

  • Cost of returning the product (shipping back to us) covered by the buyer ❌

 

If the buyer does not collect the package and it is returned to the sender, this is considered as unilateral withdrawal from the contract, without receiving the goods.

  • The purchase price for the product can be returned ✔️ (if prepaid)

  • Postage is NOT refundable ❌

  • The cost of returning the package back to us covered by the buyer ❌
    → This cost can be deducted from the refund
